Sign up

Upon receiving your sign-up form and the required documents, our compliance team will review your eligibility. A member of our team will get in touch with you to establish your specific needs in order to complete the onboarding process.

Once the customer is onboarded, to facilitate a seamless transition for their team, we provide comprehensive hands-on training to ensure the maximum utilization of the platform in their daily operations.


Once your enterprise profile is ready, your account is assigned to one of our Customer Success Lead who will further take your onboarding process forward.

The training process is simple and does not take more than 2 hours at stretch. The training often is at the premises but can also be arranged via Zoom call as per your convenience.

The training must be received by the person who will act as super admin of your platform


Once you receive successful training, our compliance team enables your platform to be used for live queries and bookings.

We understand that your team may require a few additional training sessions once you go live, which we always are happy to accommodate.

From this moment onwards, your supply chain team will start using the platform for their booking queries, price negotiations and real-time tracking.

Yes, the ELP platform allows you to add your preferred service providers to your platform. It further gives you an opportunity to select an approved freight forwarder by HashMove. It’s a matter of a simple click !!

The freight forwarders or the selected logistics companies you use from the platform. However, the HashMove Ops team act as a powerful medium between you and the freight forwarder overlooking the smooth transition of your shipment from the time of booking till it reaches the final destination.

What is the role of HashMove?

HashMove is a B2B Logistics Platform which provided logistics services digitally from the Freight Forwarders or service providers to you. We act as your extended team once your queries and the bookings are in place with any freight or logistics providers.

Simply because every new platform and application requires a full understanding for its optimum use. Our training is short, to the point and helps your team to understand the proper use of the platform for maximum benefits

Who shall I call if anything goes wrong during our cargo movement?

Your first point of contact shall be the freight or logistics company who has taken your booking query. However, HashMove Ops & Support team is always ready to receive your assistance request and get it resolved on an immediate basis. Our Customer Success Team members are ready for 12 hours every day ( except Sunday and Bank Holidays) to help and assist you.
